Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and providing exceptional support to our users. The perfect candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Setup and configure new workstations, including hardware and software.
• Assist in the management of user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain inventory of computer hardware and software.
• Resolve connectivity issues and ensure network security.
• Provide training sessions for staff on IT best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support
