We are seeking a creative Architect to work on diverse projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, have the ability to think critically and innovatively, and demonstrate effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. You will oversee projects from conception through construction, ensuring alignment with environmental standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and finalize architectural designs.
• Work closely with clients to determine their needs and preferences.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new design projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities regarding building licenses.
• Manage teams of technicians and consultants to ensure project delivery.
• Develop presentations to represent ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Perform zoning and building code assessments.
• Train junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural design.

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Languages
