Job Description

We're on the hunt for a Frontend Developer to help us in our quest for outstanding web design! You will be responsible for producing high-quality code that meets industry standards while also collaborating closely with designers to ensure the frontend aligns well with our branding and artistic vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features in collaboration with the product team.
• Enhance application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge sharing.
• Review and optimize existing codebases.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to understand user needs.
• Update web application documentation and report on project milestones.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in developing frontend web applications

Technical Skills

• Redux
• Git

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Adaptability

Languages

• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing libraries such as Jest or Cypress.
• Knowledge of UI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Material-UI or Bootstrap.
