Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance during system outages or failures.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for IT processes and systems.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with IT trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
