Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will conduct financial analysis, support investment decisions, and assist in corporate finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling and corporate finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret financial regulations and compliance mandates.
• Assist in the transition of financial processes and improvements.
• Provide modeling support during potential investment analyses.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to explain financial findings.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a finance role with a focus on corporate finance
