An exciting opportunity exists for a keen Investment Banking Analyst in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, participating in strategic decision-making, and supporting various investment projects. Your insights will directly impact client engagements and project success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Perform due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on specific projects and client engagements.
• Support the execution of financing transactions including debt and equity offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline
• MBA or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
