Responsibilities

• Create awareness and training sessions on recent security trends and technologies.
• Perform forensic analysis of security breaches to prevent future incidents.
• Work with compliance teams to align cybersecurity strategies with regulations.
• Evaluate and implement intrusion detection systems and firewalls.
• Network with industry professionals to stay abreast of cybersecurity developments.
• Assist in purple teaming exercises to enhance overall security posture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Experience with security audits and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
