Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans in accordance with client specifications and regulatory codes.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate property and ensure design vision is implemented properly.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications for projects.
• Review and approve design documents and manage project timelines.
• Ensure all aspects of the project meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior architects and project teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural role
