Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on drug therapies.
• Work collaboratively with doctors and nurses to optimize patient care.
• Provide immunization and health screenings within the pharmacy setting.
• Keep current with pharmacy regulations and practice standards.
• Perform regular medication reviews to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in pharmacy research and contribute to evidence-based practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy environment.
• Support community outreach programs focused on health education and awareness.
• Assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting for the pharmacy.
• Foster a patient-first culture within the pharmacy team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Sciences is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in community settings
