Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Public Health Analyst who can assess and interpret health data effectively. Your work will be crucial in designing data-driven strategies and supporting public health initiatives that address the needs of diverse populations across Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify health access issues.
  • Work with teams to design effective public health interventions.
  • Advise on health policy positions based on data analysis.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
  • Engage with community leaders to promote health initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of health monitoring systems.
  • Assess the effectiveness of health education programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with network partners to enhance health strategies.
  • Provide technical assistance in public health issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in health data analysis
