UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Create engaging user-centered designs that are visually appealing.
• Translate complex user requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure the accessibility of designs to cater to all users.
• Provide design support and feedback during the development phase.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design team's growth.
• Develop and maintain documentation of design processes and decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with design systems: Ability to develop and maintain design systems for consistency.
