Job Description

As a Veterinary Surgeon at our Johannesburg clinic, you will perform examinations, diagnose diseases, and treat patients with compassion and expertise. You will engage in both surgical and non-surgical procedures and collaborate with our team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose illnesses.
• Administer medications and perform vaccinations.
• Provide pre-surgical and post-surgical care.
• Engage in client education about animal care and wellness.
• Participate in emergency services during critical situations.
• Work closely with laboratory equipment for diagnostics.
• Document all treatments and procedures accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Engage in community outreach and education on animal health.
• Assist with the implementation of new veterinary technologies.
