Responsibilities
Manage currency and ensure accuracy in all cash handling activities.
Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activities to management.
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client needs effectively.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing customer service.
Support the Branch Manager with administrative tasks related to branch operations.
Conduct routine audits to verify compliance with banking regulations.
Requirements
Education
Matric or equivalent
Relevant tertiary qualification in banking or finance preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teller or in a similar role
