Responsibilities

• Establish treatment plans based on diagnostic results.
• Perform dental procedures and routine check-ups.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
• Monitor recovery of surgical patients and provide post-operative care.
• Engage in research activities and case studies to contribute to veterinary knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science
• Further specialisation (e.g. surgery, animal behaviour) is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of clinical experience after graduation

Technical Skills

• Anaesthesia Management
• Diagnostic Imaging

Certifications

• Veterinary Practitioners Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
