As a Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of children. This position requires a passionate individual dedicated to creating an enriching environment through educational play and hands-on activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and engaging environment for children's play.
• Develop daily schedules and activity plans.
• Engage with children in educational and recreational activities.
• Support basic needs, including hygiene and nutrition.
• Observe children's behavior and provide feedback to parents.
• Implement discipline strategies when necessary.
• Coordinate with parents regarding their child's development.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress.
• Adapt activities to suit individual children's needs.
• Participate in training and staff meetings to improve skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in childcare or a related field

Technical Skills

• Childcare Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certified

Certifications
