Responsibilities

• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create project plans.
• Establish safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Review and approve work completed by subcontractors.
• Conduct performance evaluations of project staff.
• Manage project-related procurement and resources.
• Participate in the bidding and tendering process for new projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in the construction industry
