Join our team as a Cybersecurity Analyst, where your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective security policies and strategies. You will assess risks to our information systems, recommend security enhancements, and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks. A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assess the organization’s cyber risk posture to manage enterprise-wide cybersecurity risks.
• Collaborate with IT staff on technology assessments for new systems.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and guidelines.
• Create security awareness programs and promote a security culture.
• Evaluate security software and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Prepare regular reports for management on the state of security.
• Assist with vendor risk assessments related to cybersecurity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in security analysis or a related field
