Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our skilled team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative structures, developing comprehensive architectural plans, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to bring projects to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sustainable design principles and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate architectural layouts and blueprints for various projects.
• Coordinate with different departments to sync project timelines and deliverables.
• Utilize CAD software to prepare and modify architectural drawings.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and adherence to plans.
• Engage in continuous client consultations to incorporate feedback into designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Sustainable Architecture Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
