The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to conceptualize and execute design projects, transforming spaces to meet functional and aesthetic needs. A passion for design, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create design concepts that enhance functionality while reflecting client aesthetics.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize designs.
• Monitor market trends to keep design offerings fresh and relevant.
• Provide technical advice on materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Support clients on site selection and spatial layouts.
• Ensure projects align with budgetary constraints and timelines.
• Draft detailed specifications and documentation for contractors.
• Facilitate communication between clients and project teams.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess client satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current in design methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)
• Interior Design Continuing Education Council Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
