Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our railway maintenance team. In this role, you'll perform essential tasks such as maintenance and repair work on tracks, ensuring safety protocols are followed while working efficiently to promote rail service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on railway infrastructure and components.
• Assist with the safe operation of maintenance machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Document all maintenance actions and inspections.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• Preferably 2 years of experience in railway maintenance or construction

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation
• Safety procedures knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Extra qualifications in safety management: Certification or training in safety management practices related to railway operations.
• Experience with inspection equipment: Knowledge of and experience using various track inspection tools.
