Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Durban. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge in safeguarding networks and information systems by implementing robust security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead security awareness training for all employees.
• Review security logs for anomalies and provide timely reports.
• Coordinate with external security consultants as needed.
• Advise on security solutions, technologies, and products.
• Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on risk management

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
