Responsibilities

• Gather information through interviews and meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Organize and manage documentation projects and timelines.
• Utilize tools like Markdown and HTML for documentation formatting.
• Create training materials for internal and external users.
• Provide input on documentation strategies and content structure.
• Assist in the development of style guides and templates.
• Support the QA process with documentation reviews.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles: Understanding of user interface design concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodology: Knowledge of working in an Agile development environment.
