User Interaction Designer

Job Description

As a User Interaction Designer, your role will include creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows to guarantee optimal usability. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and develop designs that meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design documentation including style guides and design systems.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and gather user feedback for design iterations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Offer insights to enhance user engagement through various design strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design processes.
• Optimize existing UI designs to improve usability and aesthetics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages
