Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support for our clients, addressing their IT needs and resolving technical issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the IT team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for technology, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets from users efficiently.
  • Configure and install computer hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance on systems and networks.
  • Provide end-user training and support for software applications.
  • Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades or installations.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.
  • Generate reports on IT support issues for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous
