Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse projects ranging from small initiatives to large-scale ventures. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will drive project success while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and team coherence.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects.
• Coordinate resources and activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience preferred

• Risk Management

Certifications

• Certified Project Manager (CPM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
