We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be involved in designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
• Supervise site staff and manage on-site construction activities.
• Review designs and ensure optimal use of materials and resources.
• Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders.
• Participate in project budgeting and scheduling.
• Facilitate communication between different teams and departments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and files.
• Promote sustainability practices in engineering design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Languages
