Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Manager to lead our online educational projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative e-learning strategies while managing a team of content creators and educators to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative online learning strategies to enhance student engagement.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and launch new e-learning programs.
  • Conduct research on effective e-learning methodologies and technologies.
  • Develop metrics to assess the impact of e-learning initiatives on student success.
  • Interface with external vendors for e-learning content and software solutions.
  • Create a feedback mechanism for students and faculty to improve e-learning experiences.
  • Establish partnerships with other educational institutions to enhance program offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online education.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff to promote e-learning practices.
  • Monitor industry developments and adapt programs to meet changing educational needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Higher Degree in Instructional Technology is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in e-learning or instructional design role
