Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve planning, executing, and managing project activities while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Conduct risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Perform project evaluations and assess results post-completion.
• Support the professional development of project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Professional certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading projects across various domains

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budgeting and Forecasting

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
