Job Description

We are in search of a talented Product Designer to join our vibrant team in Stellenbosch. You will play a key role in shaping our product's UX/UI design, ensuring that we deliver the best user experiences possible. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and technology.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs that effectively communicate product objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with design and product teams.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate translation of designs to functional interfaces.
• Conduct A/B testing on designs and implement findings.
• Regularly update the design portfolio with recent work.
• Cultivate positive relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Stay informed about emerging design tools and software.
• Support and mentor junior designers within the team.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects to enhance overall product quality.
• Focus on accessibility standards in design practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles
