General Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented General Engineer to join our Bloemfontein team. The role involves working in a collaborative environment to design and implement engineering solutions that address complex challenges. You will contribute to diverse projects and ensure adherence to engineering standards while promoting innovative practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze engineering projects using AutoCAD and similar software.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Utilize innovative techniques to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in general engineering roles or related fields

• Engineering Simulation Software

Languages

• English: Fluent
