Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and emotional health and report findings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care.
• Implement infection control measures and best practices.
• Document all nursing care provided and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support health promotion and disease prevention activities within the community.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss patient care and service improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in a relevant nursing field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
