Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct data entry and management in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide support in gathering and compiling data for reports.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement within data management.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance data entry skills.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Diploma in Administration or similar field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years relevant experience in data entry or administration
