Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Cape Town team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our services. Responsibilities

  • Lead QA efforts in project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality implementation.
  • Engage end-users in testing for user acceptance.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with software releases.
  • Develop training materials for new QA processes.
  • Support the QA Manager in strategizing quality objectives.
  • Analyze market trends related to QA practices.
  • Document and maintain QA process standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in QA and testing methodologies.
