Job Description

As a veterinarian at Animal Care Solutions, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse range of animals. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgical procedures, and educating pet owners on best practices for their pets' health and wellbeing. Responsibilities

  • Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose issues.
  • Perform surgeries, including spaying and neutering.
  • Administer vaccines and preventive health care.
  • Educate clients on pet care and responsible ownership.
  • Document patient history and treatment plans accurately.
  • Collaborate with external specialists as needed.
  • Participate in case reviews and team meetings.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compassion in the clinic.
  • Mentor veterinary students or interns during their placements.
  • Engage with the local community through educational events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
  • Preferred post-graduate qualifications in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Health
Experience
  • 4+ years in a clinical veterinary setting
