Job Description

We are seeking a clinical research coordinator to oversee and manage clinical trials in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should have expertise in regulatory compliance, trial management, and exceptional communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and quality of our research studies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement trial protocols and ensure their adherence.
  • Recruit participants, educate them about trial procedures, and obtain informed consent.
  • Collect and analyze trial data for accuracy and integrity.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  • Report findings and results to stakeholders and prepare documentation for publication.
  • Maintain inventory and supply orders for clinical trial materials.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff involved in clinical research.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement in clinical studies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research coordination or a related field
