Job Description

As an Architect in our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, pushing the boundaries of design while integrating eco-friendly practices to create innovative and functional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to develop and review detailed architectural designs.
• Work in collaboration with clients and stakeholders to refine project objectives.
• Monitor construction progression and intervene as necessary to resolve unexpected challenges.
• Research and implement modern architectural techniques and innovations.
• Lead project meetings to discuss designs, costs, and timelines.
• Prepare and submit permit applications to local authorities.
• Engage with suppliers to source sustainable building materials.
• Participate in community outreach to promote the projects and their benefits.
• Deliver training sessions for junior architects and interns.
• Create reports outlining project advancements, budget usage, and anticipated hurdles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in community planning or architecture projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Green Building Design

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
