Responsibilities
Utilize CAD software to develop and review detailed architectural designs.
Work in collaboration with clients and stakeholders to refine project objectives.
Monitor construction progression and intervene as necessary to resolve unexpected challenges.
Research and implement modern architectural techniques and innovations.
Lead project meetings to discuss designs, costs, and timelines.
Prepare and submit permit applications to local authorities.
Engage with suppliers to source sustainable building materials.
Participate in community outreach to promote the projects and their benefits.
Deliver training sessions for junior architects and interns.
Create reports outlining project advancements, budget usage, and anticipated hurdles.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Master's degree is a plus
