Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to join our innovative team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop predictive models and enhance our data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine learning projects from conception through deployment.
• Evaluate and select appropriate data sets for model training.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout analytical processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage deployment and scaling of AI solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Document processes and methodologies for machine learning initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data analytics
