Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a talented Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our operational processes across various digital platforms. You will work closely with software engineers and systems administrators to automate and streamline our operations and processes, ensuring reliability and performance in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the monitoring systems for our infrastructure.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure management tasks using CI/CD tools.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of production systems.
• Collaborate with software developers to enhance application performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Implement best practices for incident management and post-mortem analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field

Technical Skills

• Linux/Unix Systems Administration
• Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Scripting Languages (Python/Bash)
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Soft Skills

• Strong Analytical Skills

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Terraform: Ability to implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
