UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our digital products. As part of our Johannesburg team, you will be responsible for translating user needs into compelling designs that enhance usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion while ensuring design consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Integrate user feedback into ongoing design cycles for continuous improvement.
• Create high-fidelity mockups that adhere to the brand's visual identity.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design or User Experience is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in digital product design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
