Job Description

As a Roller Print Tender, you will play a crucial role in our textile production line. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating roller printing machines, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring quality production runs to meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare roller printing machines for operation, including ink mixing.
• Ensure fabric loading and unloading is done correctly.
• Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure quality output.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report issues to management.
• Work closely with Printing Technicians and Quality Control Specialists.
• Adhere to production schedules and communicate any delays or issues.
• Train new team members in machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Technical training in textile production preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Technical Skills

• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent
