Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of vehicle systems and repairs, with hands-on experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report vehicle repair needs to the Service Manager.
• Test vehicle functionality post-repair to guarantee safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop area.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of parts.
• Engage with customers to provide updates and advise on repairs.
• Support team initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Qualified as a motor vehicle technician is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive workshop

Certifications

• Automotive Repair Certification

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
