Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Conduct troubleshooting and support activities for a variety of technologies.
• Assist users with desktop applications in compliance with IT regulations.
• Log all service requests and solutions, ensuring tracking and follow-up.
• Assist in performing routine maintenance on systems and upgrading software.
• Communicate regularly with users about the status of their requests.
• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• ITIL Certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Basic Troubleshooting Techniques

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• Afrikaans: Basic
