Join our growing design team as a UX/UI Designer in Johannesburg. We're looking for an individual with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in creating exceptional user experiences and engaging interfaces. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from inception to execution, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to drive design initiatives.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Evaluate and improve existing designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and manage design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• User Interface Design

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
