Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to final production.
• Research and analyze current fashion trends to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with fabric suppliers to select appropriate materials for designs.
• Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies for new lines.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide design support for photoshoots and advertising campaigns.
• Foster relationships with industry contacts and media outlets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree in Fashion Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a fashion design role
