Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication and facilitating meetings to ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties.
• Support the team to ensure project execution aligns with established objectives.
• Assess project performance and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare reports for upper management detailing project status.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Engage with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Specialized training in Agile methodologies is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading diverse projects
