Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
• Review financial statements and other operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct audits effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide support and consultation to management on all audit-related inquiries.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are executed.
• Participate in training programs to raise awareness of compliance standards.
• Document all findings and communicate results effectively.
• Assist in the development of annual audit plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA/CIA certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or a related field
