Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept through to completion.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Engage with community stakeholders to address concerns.
• Promote design quality and sustainability within the firm.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diverse architectural projects

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Building Code Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Architect
• Accredited Green Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Skills in project budgeting: Experience in managing project budgets and cost estimation.
