We are looking for an Architect to enhance our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, with experience in bringing projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Design innovative architectural solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for project success.
• Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards and sustainable practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects and interns.
• Present design proposals to clients, integrating their feedback.
• Maintain documentation of project development and design changes.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions for creative ideation.
• Support the development of project bids and proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Professional qualifications (SAIA) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant fields

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Landscape Design

Soft Skills

• Leadership Skills
• Client Management

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Architect (CE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Ability to use design software for presentations and client proposals.
