Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail, capable of developing stunning designs tailored to our clients' needs. You will work closely with clients, building strong relationships while translating their visions into reality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site installations and manage on-site teams.
• Evaluate and suggest changes to improve designs.
• Develop sustainable design solutions that align with environmental standards.
• Participate in design meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide advice on color, furnishings, and functional layouts.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree in Design is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the design industry

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Project Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Management

Certifications

• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
