Responsibilities

  • Review and optimize supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between logistics and other departments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics performance metrics.
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline logistics processes.
  • Cultivate an environment that encourages innovation and best practices.
  • Ensure the team is trained on regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
  • Develop strategies for inventory management and control.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a management role within logistics or supply chain
